Shipping is via Swisspost, PostPac Economy (2-3 working days).

In Switzerland, we take care of shipping your BABYDUFT products from a purchase value of CHF 60.00.

 

Shipping to EU countries is calculated by weight:

up to 0.5 kg = CHF 9.-

up to 1.0 kg = CHF 12.-

over 1 kg = CHF 23.- 

 

Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price displayed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Products that the customer has received in response to his order can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

The return is considered a revocation of the order and is at the expense, liability and risk of the customer, unless BABYDUFT has delivered the wrong item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the customer's specifications, perish quickly or whose expiry dates have passed.

Any return will be credited to the customer account. The credit will be credited to the customer's subsequent orders from BABYDUFT. If BABYDUFT has no outstanding invoices for the customer, the credit will be paid out to the customer upon request.

The return is assessed as a cancellation of the order and is at the customer's expense, liability and risk, unless BABYDUFT has made a wrong delivery.

The right of revocation does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the customer's special specifications, that perish quickly or whose expiry dates have been exceeded.
