  • Products can be returned to Gigle Natura GmbH by the customer within 14 days of their receipt, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The return of the goods is considered a cancellation of the order. The return of the goods is at the expense, liability and risk of the customer, unless GIGLI NATURA GmbH has made a wrong delivery. The right of revocation does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the customer's special specifications, that perish quickly or whose expiry dates have been exceeded.

    Any return will be credited to the customer account. The credit will be applied to subsequent orders placed by the customer with BABYDUFT. If GIGLI NATURA GmbH has no outstanding invoices from the customer, the credit will be paid out to the customer upon request.
