It's not easy for children to #stayhome and for older people just as little. They are used to doing their rounds and going for walks to keep fit. But since they should stay at home if possible, Matilda's grandmother wanted a fitness program without "jumping". We shot the video 5 times :-) that's how we noticed that it's not that easy, but it turned out very nice. Also great for kids, it only takes 8 minutes, so it's great for winding down a bit in the evening, relaxing and getting a better night's sleep.
